Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following T&C prior to making a purchase.
- Before you return the OG Jewelry product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans from various parts of India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other,
- Each product is exquisitely handmade with immense care and go through thorough quality check before shipping them out.
- We only offer Exchange and Credit Note.
- The Ornate Gleam does not accept returns and do not offer any refunds.
Exchange Policy
- Products must be unused to be eligible for exchange.
- Returns are accepted if your order is damaged in transit, or you received an incorrect product. Buyer should notify us by mail about it within 2 days of delivery.
- You may return them the exact way you received it (unworn and with original packaging).
- Kindly keep the product packed with original box packaging, our courier representative will pick it up from your address. Once the returned product will reach to our warehouse, we will dispatch the replaced item. Kindly note, return process might take longer time that the usual. To make it sooner, you can ship back the product with original box packaging to us. The shipping charge of ₹70 will be credited to you after receiving the parcel.
- In case pick up facility is not available at your location; you can ship back the product with original box packaging to us. The shipping charge of ₹70 will be credited to you after receiving the parcel.
- We put all our efforts into displaying the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible . However, it may appear differently due to different screen resolution of gadgets.
- Please check the product details i.e. dimensions of the product, model wearing pictures etc. So, you can get a thorough idea before making the purchase.
- If you still want to exchange for reasons like heavy on ears, colour, issue, size issue, you can send us back the product or we can arrange a reverse pick up. in this case, for exchange, customers’ needs to bear pick up and re- shipping charge of Rs.200 all over India.
Exchange Procedure
- Email us on support@theornategleam.com by mentioning the order number, along with product picture and your concerns within 2 days of delivery.
- The concern team will take up your queries within 24 to 48 hours. Kindly be patient.
- Once the item will reach to us, replace product/s will be shipped within 4-5 working days.
- We will not be liable for any returns / exchanges were not notified within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchange product/s may take longer time than usual time to ship.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
- A product can be exchanged once through the course of an order.
- Any credit note issued against return will be valid 3 months from the date of issue .
- Credit Note cannot be clubbed with any other coupon and not applicable on SALE items or during SALE Period.
- Items are on sale,not eligible for exchange.
